Born in Wrocław in 1972, he graduated from the Faculty of Painting, Graphic and Sculpture at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. He obtained his diploma in 1997 in the Sculpture Studio of prof. Alojzy Gryta and, until 2007, he studied painting in the studio of prof. Sean Scully at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
